Delivery
All boots are free delivery anywhere in the world and will be posted within 48 hours of payment being received from paypal.

Boots will be sent via Royal Mail "First Class" service within the UK and via Royal Mail Airmail "Small Packets" service to the rest of the world.

Delivery is generally 2 business days within the UK and 4-5 business days for the rest of the world but please be patient as this can sometimes take a little longer.

Wrong Order Size
Paw Ideas are happy to exchange free of charge wrong size ordered boots but please take time to measure your dogs front paw as described on our measuring page. This will help to ensure the correct size is ordered first time.

Returns
Returns are accepted if damaged upon arrival and returned withing 7 days of reciept of item and a full refund will be issued.
